  * Our phone append product is finished and ready-to-use
  * I ran your sample list through it, and we achieved about a 2/3 match rate; significantly better than our original results. I’ll send these new results to you in a separate email.
  * I originally told you 7 cents per match, but we changed the price to 4 cents per match.
  * To make it easier for your customers to use our upload utility, we created a “Successorsdata” file-type for our upload utility. 4. Choose “Phone Append” for the service, and “successordata” for the file type.
5. Enter your email address, choose the file to upload, and press the “Upload” button.
6. When it’s finished processing, we’ll email you a link to the appended file, or you can access it via the web portal.

Do you know if any of your neighbors are thinking of selling their house anytime soon?
Wait for their answer.
(99% chance they say, “NO)
Say, “Oh I SEE, You folks have been there for a long time?
Expect:  80% Yes and 20% NO
You answer:  “Oh, Okay”
Then ask this question:
“If you were to move, where would you move to?”
If they give you a location, you are up to something. If their answer is a “NO”, thank them and end the call.
Be prepared if the person on the other line says, “My husband passed away 4 months ago and I am thinking of selling the house or we just moved here for a week to get this house ready to put it on the market.”
Say: I will be more than happy to give you some tips as how to prepare your house to get the most money for it in the shortest time. I also would like to offer you a free market evaluation of what your home is worth, when would be a good time to stop by to discuss this?
